Hip Hop Company Invitations:

  • 2019-2020 HIP HOP COMPANY WILL BE COMPOSED BY INVITATION ONLY

    • Must be 6 yrs. +

    • Must have at least 1-2 years Hip Hop Experience

    • Do Not have to be a member of our Competition Company to compete with our Hip Hop Company

    • Mandatory Parent Meeting held sometime in August (Date TBA)

The Commitment

Hip Hop Company Commitment:

 

*All dancers wanting to be a part of our NEW Hip Hop Company next year will have the following requirements:

  • Dancers DO NOT have to be a Competition Company member in order to audition for the Hip Hop Company.

  • Hip Hop Company dancers will be required to compete at 3 to 4 local competitions throughout the 2018-2019 season.

  • There will be extra fees involved with competing on the Hip Hop Company including 1 $60 costume fee, $50 Travel Jacket, and a competition fee for each competition entered. ($75 for the year) (Call/text/email Shauni for a complete breakdown of the extra costs)

  • EACH HIp Hop Company MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENROLL IN THE FOLLOWING Classes:

    - Junior Hip Hop Company (6 to 11 yrs old):

    1) 45 min. Junior Hip Hop Company Choreography class (Thursdays 7:00 to 7:45pm)

    2) 45 min. Tumbling class (*Individual company members will be placed in the appropriate Tumbling level with help of Hip Hop Director)

     

    - Senior Hip Hop Company (12yrs +):

    1) 45 min. Senior Hip Hop Company Choreography class (Thursdays 7:00 to 7:45pm)

    2) 45 min. Tumbling class (*Individual company members will be placed in the appropriate Tumbling level with help of Hip Hop Director)

 

Performance Opportunities

Performance Opportunities:

 

  • All Competition Company, Ballet Ensemble, and Hip Hop Company members will be required to participate in 3 local competitions during the winter/spring months of the 2018/2019 dance season. (Dates TBA)

  • All Competition Company, Ballet Ensemble, and Hip Hop Company members will be required to perform in the Spring Showcase at The Ridge Academy of Dance.

  • All Competition Company, Ballet Ensemble, and Hip Hop Company members will be invited to participate in other performance opportunities through out the year such as: Christmas Service Performances, High School Drill & Dance Company Show Cases, Charity Events, Summer Festivals, etc.

Financial Commitment:

Tuition Rates are calculated by hours taken per week, just like the recital classes offered at the R.A.D. The tuition rate chart is attached below:

 

MONTHLY TUITION RATES:

*The more classes enrolled in the better the value. Refer to monthly tuition prices below if you are enrolling in more than 1 class @ The R.A.D.

1 hr. per week $45 per month

1.5 hrs. per week $55 per month

2 hrs. per week $65 per month

2.5 hrs. per week $75 per month

3 hrs. per week $85 per month

3.5 hrs. per week $95 per month

4 hrs. per week $105 per month

4.5 hrs. per week $110 per month

5 hrs. per week $120 per month

5.5 hrs. per week $125 per month

6 hrs. per week $135 per month

6.5 hrs. per week $140 per month

7 hrs. per week $150 per month

7.5 hrs. per week $155 per month

Unlimited hours per week $160 per month

 

Family Discounts:

1st dancer pays regular Tuition Amount (highest tuition amount)

2nd dancer 5% discount

3rd dancer 10% discount

*Discount remains at 10% for dancers from the same family past the 3rd member. 

 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES: 

There are additional fees on top of monthly tuition prices when a dancer is placed on one of our Competition Companies, Ballet Ensembles, or Hip Hop Companies. Please contact us for a detailed fee breakdown if seriously interested in becoming one of our Company dancers.
