2021-2022 TUITION & PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. We require all families to be on automatic withdrawal, please set that up on your account or let us know if we can help you set it up.

  • Tuition that is not paid by the 10th will be charged a 10% late fee per month that it is not paid.

  • After 2 months of delinquent payments it will be sent to collections and your child will not be able to attend classes.

  • You will not receive an invoice by mail, invoices are periodically sent out by email.

  • It is your responsibility to check your account for your balance and submit any payment that has not been automatically withdrawn.

  • NO REFUNDS will be given for classes not attended (This includes illness, vacation, or holidays).

  • Tuition is based off of a season that will consist of (36) thirty-six weekly class sessions, monthly tuition is based on the average of 3.6 classes per month. Some months have as few as (2) two weeks others have as many as (5) five.

  • If a class is ever cancelled due to weather or emergency a make up class will be scheduled. 

  • All tuition & fee payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions

  • Clients must give 2 weeks notice before the start of a new month when dropping a class. If notice is not given you are subject to pay the following month. This allows us to open your spot for enrollment.

45 min. per week/ $55 per month

1 hr. per week/ $65 per month

1.5 hrs. per week/ $75 per month

2 hrs. per week/ $85 per month

2.5 hrs. per week/ $95 per month

3 hrs. per week/ $105 per month

3.5 hrs. per week/ $115 per month

4 hrs. per week/ $125 per month

4.5 hrs. per week/ $130 per month

5 hrs. per week/ $135 per month

5.5 hrs. per week/ $145 per month

6 hrs. per week/ $155 per month

6.5 hrs. per week/ $165 per month

7 hrs. per week/ $175 per month

7.25 hrs. per week/ $180 per month

7.5 hrs. per week/ $185 per month

Unlimited hours per week/ $190 per month

10% discount per each additional family member/per month

*These are due dates (& automatic withdrawal dates), but you can always pay fees at the beginning of the year or ahead of schedule.
A 5% discount will be offered for paying tuition or fees for the entire year upfront (discount only good through the end of August)

PERFORMANCE FEES:

  • Each performance dancer will be assessed a $125.00 performance deposit upon registration. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Performance deposit covers the cost of your dancers costume + both the Winter & Spring recitals.
    Admission to recitals free for all family & friends.

  • Perfomance deposit does not apply to tumbling only students
